Do you think Glass this summer will say "screw it, we're spending money" this year on the draft? Seems like he's wanted to help Bud take a hardline against draft picks by refusing to pay over-slot, but I sensed some frustration when the Tigers landed Porcello.I'd love to see Glass say screw it and pay over-slot in the first few rounds on guys with "signability" issues.
