Love the blog. Favorite thing I read on the internet by far. I might be a huge nerd, but I really miss math, so I ran the numbers on the chances 2 teams would go to the playoffs 12 and 7 times respectively over 39 years without overlapping, and I think it should actually be (27!)(32!)/(20!)(39!) which comes out to about 5.8% instead of less than 1%.
