Heh... Didn't finish my thought from above.As the players get a bigger share of the newly found revenue, the small teams will fall back again to their former position because they can only spend $100M and not the $250M needed to stay competitive with the huge city teams like NY, LA, and Boston (assuming they spend their money smartly of course).
